COURSE

The Veterinary Medicine course from the Federal University of Goiás - Jataí Regional (UFG/REJ) offers a Residency Program in Veterinary Medicine focusing on medical clinic, surgical clinic and pet anesthesiology. This modality of postgraduate education, characterized by in-service training, was regulated by Law N. 11,129 of June 30, 2005 and Interministerial Ordinance N. 2,117 of November 3, 2005 which defines guidelines and strategies for the implementation of the National Commission of Multidisciplinary Residency in Health (CNRMS).

The Residency in Veterinary Medicine of the Regional Jataí of UFG was created by CEPEC Resolution N. 1052 of 2011 and authorized by the Ministry of Education and Culture (MEC), also in 2011. The Program has a duration of two years, with a weekly workload of 60 hours, totaling 5,760 hours.


INCOMING

To join the UFG - Jataí Regional Veterinary Medicine Residency Program, you must have a degree in Veterinary Medicine and approved a selection process promoted by the UFG Selection Center. PAYMENT

The Resident Veterinarian will receive a monthly scholarship during the entire Residency Program, as established by the Ministry of Education (National Program for Multiprofessional and Professional Health Residency Residencies).
